Kyle Huebner


As a trainer, my primary goal is to help people to not only achieve their physical goals, but create a better mental and emotional state that will impact their everyday lives. I am currently 22 years old, and a full time student at Western Illinois University in Moline as a Business Management major. I graduated from Fulton High School in 2015, which is where my love for fitness and impacting the lives of others began. As an athlete, it was crucial that I created a body able to compete with other players. Following high school, I landed my first job as a trainer at Anytime Fitness in Clinton, Iowa where I picked up a majority of my knowledge of exercise and nutrition and became certified. While I was an employee at Anytime Fitness, a fellow trainer and I started a boot camp ministry at Clinton Church of Christ. We would create a killer workout, and follow up with a motivational message. This was truly the start to KT3. When the opportunity arose to rent a building and start our own business, we took it up. Although my partner is now in the Navy, KT3 continues to thrive and lives continue to be changed each and every day while giving all of the glory to God.


Kate Callan

I am a Clinton local but I have traveled the world studying art, culture, and yoga. For me, yoga is a means to find balance in life through the passion of movement. I have been studying and practicing yoga on my own since 2008. With a desire to share my passion with others. I recently trained in traditional Hatha yoga and became a certified 200hr Yoga Instructor in Bali, Indonesia in 2017. Known for my encouraging and gentle teaching style, I design my classes to help each student reach their full potential by providing individual adjustments while focusing on building self-control through strength based vinyasa flows. Taking my class will leave you feeling strong and balanced.


I am a Fulton High School graduate and am currently attending Concordia University online to further my education in exercise science. I am a certified personal trainer and ex-collegiate baseball player. My fitness journey started post-high school in preparation of the next level of baseball, along with a change in my lifestyle to pursue a healthier me. I have a passion for helping others pursue their fitness goals, and helping athletes achieve maximum performance via the means of weight and endurance training.

Alayna Beckham

Hi there, I am Alayna Beckham.  I am 24, a mother to a gorgeous little 2 year old, and have recently moved to the area looking to settle down and begin my journey helping others experience the benefits and joys that exercise can bring. 

Growing up in Milledgeville, my path was never perfectly clear to me, and the road has had many turns that were not expected. Throughout that, my fitness has been a constant anchor, allowing me something to steady myself throughout the turbulent times.  

During high school, i found a love for weightlifting, and that is something i continue to this day. I went to college at NIU In Dekalb and graduated with my bachelors degree of science in nutrition. When I was going to college, I started my career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, and that is something I continue. 

Yoga has always been an interest of mine, but one i have began to follow to a much higher degree in the past few years. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in June to expand my knowledge and be able to share the love and light with those around me.
