KT3 - Fulton's Fittest Competition 2024

We have workouts for EVERYONE! Whether you're just starting your fitness journey, or have been working out for a long time, this competition is for you. While competing is great in itself, we want to create an atmosphere where people of all fitness levels can unite, have fun, get sweaty, and meet some awesome people. It is a functional fitness competition, meaning there will be a lot of body weight movements, cardio, and a little weight lifting. Each team will consist of two people, M/M or F/F, so grab your partner (or someone you barely know) and let's see who the true dynamic duos are. The top 2 teams in both divisions will win a super cool awesome prize.

The first event for both the scaled and RX groups will be a 1.5 mile run. The run starts at KT3 and registration begins at 7:00am October 5. Please be at KT3 between 7:00am-7:45am so we can have you sign all the fun legal papers. There is no end time, but if we had to guess it will be around noon. 

If you're in the "Scaled" group, you can do it. Don't worry about the movements as long as you can run, jump rope, and use your body. If we need to modify some movements for you, we can do so, you just won't be eligible to win a top 2 prize!

If you're in the "RX" group, get ready to GRIND. You should be able to do:

Pull Ups

Back Squats (135/95)

Push Press (115/85)

Box Jumps (24/20")

Minimum age for the competition is 16.

If one person isn't able to make it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be willing to transfer the ticket, however we can't promise a shirt in the right size. There will be no refunds unless absolutely necessary.
