My Story

I fell in love with fitness as an adult. After I had my son I realized I needed a change in the way I moved or lack thereof moved my body and what I fueled it with. I have spent 15 years growing my knowledge in the fitness industry through my love of cooking and transforming recipes to healthier ones and exploring different ways to workout. I have a passion for fitness and creating new and fun ways to exercise. I love heavy weights, yoga and running. I want to share my passion for fitness and health with others.
